Some supplementary rules were given lately on the Plastic Ban that forbids free delivery of plastic shopping bags from retailers. The latest rules say the tear-off plastic bags that supermarkets provide in shops to contain food such as veges, beef, fruit and cooked food have to be marked with special signs of "QS" and "For Food" showing the bag is safe enough to contain food. The tear-off bags without proper signs won't be allowed in retailing shops after 30 September.
